Shipping policy

Every Lilum piece is made by hand in small batches. We pack each order with care — thank you for your patience and for supporting a small studio.

Order processing

Orders are processed within [2–5] business days (Sunday–Thursday, excluding Israeli public holidays). Because each pendant is hand-finished, processing may take a little longer during product drops or busy periods. [If any colours are made to order, state it here, e.g. “Walnut Brown ships within 2–3 weeks.”]

You’ll get an order-confirmation email right away, and a second email with tracking once your order ships.

We ship from Israel to:

  • Israel (domestic)
  • United States
  • European Union

If your country isn’t available at checkout, email us at [email] — we may be able to arrange it.

Delivery times

Orders are shipped via Mailog (international) or Israel post (domestic) . Estimated delivery after dispatch:

These are estimates, not guarantees — international transit and customs can add time

beyond our control.

Shipping costs

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your destination. [Optional add-ons, delete if unused: flat domestic rate of 30 ILS, international 10$ ;

Customs, duties & import taxes (international orders)

Orders shipped outside Israel may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees

set by the destination country. These charges are not included in your order total or

shipping cost, and are the responsibility of the recipient. We’re unable to predict or cover them — if you’re unsure, please check your country’s import rules before ordering.

Tracking

Once your order ships, we’ll email you a tracking number so you can follow it to your door.

Delays, lost, or damaged parcels

Delays: Carrier and customs delays are outside our control, but we’re happy to help you

chase a parcel — just email lilumjewelry.store@gmail.com.

Lost in transit: If tracking shows no movement for 4 days, contact us and we’ll investigate and make it right where appropriate.

Arrived damaged: Email us within 3 days of delivery with a photo, and we’ll sort out a

replacement or refund.

Incorrect or incomplete address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can’t be responsible for orders sent to an address entered incorrectly by the customer. If a parcel is returned to us as undeliverable, we’ll arrange reshipment at the customer’s cost.
